fix: update display names in JSON and FSH files to German terminology
fix: wrong codes adn/or displays
removed advisor entries caused by bugs in java validator

This pull request updates several example FHIR Observation resources to use German-language display names and improves coding consistency across multiple files. The changes primarily focus on localizing display texts from English to German and updating some SNOMED and LOINC codes and their corresponding display values for greater accuracy and alignment with German healthcare terminology.

Localization of Display Names:

Code and Display Adjustments for Consistency:

• Updated value coding for Glasgow Coma Scale and verbal response displays for clarity and age specificity. [1] [2]

@patrick-werner: Gibt es einen Grund dafür, dass wir genau diesen einen Code im VS übersetzen? Für andere Codes in diesem VS gibt es ebenfalls deutsche Displaynamen. Ist das nicht außerdem ein Breaking Change den wir damit vornehmen? Instanzen mit dem ehemaligen englischen Displaynamen werden dadurch vermutlich invalide sein, oder sind die Validatoren da nicht so scharf geschaltet?
