This PR switches to the new Hugging Face Hub repo for our RAG intrinsics at https://huggingface.co/ibm-granite/granite-lib-rag-r1.0. I've also updated tests and example scripts to use the Granite-4.0-Micro versions of the LoRA and aLoRA adapters.
