Delete the outdated `publiccode.yml` for openCode. One suggestion is to commit it directly to the openCode repository. However, we can discuss that.

publiccode.ymlfor openCode. One suggestion is to commit it directly to the openCode repository. However, we can discuss that.This means that artifacts for openCode would not be located in the GitHub repository. But the logic for setting the current version tag in the
publiccode.ymlwould then have to be implemented in the pipeline on openCode.
