RobTop finally can direct mobile players to the free games again 🗣️
Adds an eclipse/qolmod-esque draggable button for mobile.
Opacity and scale are adjustable in settings, along with whether the button should show in game and in editor.
Also adds an event to open DevTools (mainly for the one eclipse shortcut), although it is not exported in a header (Prevter said it didn't need to be)
