Add Dutch translations of the iso19115-3.2018 metadata schema

Added translations of analog elements from the iso19139 metadata schema.

I will merge this pull request, the main goal is to improve the export of Dutch iso profiles to iso19115-3.2008 to produce DCAT-AP.

Further improvements can be made on the translations.
