Summary
bref/brefconstraint from^1.1|^2.0to^1.1|^2.0|^3.0to support the newly released Bref 3.0^8.0|^8.1|^8.2to include^8.3|^8.4|^8.5Bref 3.0 was released today with PHP 8.5 support. The package works as-is with Bref 3 — this just loosens the version constraint.
