This PR updates the release workflow to use an AWS S3 bucket as the Helm chart registry instead of GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).
Changed Introduce:
release.yaml: Configured AWS credentials using OIDC, updated chart packaging and publishing logic to push to S3 instead of GHCR.
