before we used to change extension icon according to extension theme settings. but then icon changes only when extension itself is in dark mode.
if browser is in dark mode, and extension is in light mode. icon wont change and it will show wrong icon.
this pr fixes it by detecting browser theme and setting it for chrome based browsers
