Unescapes html entities from text and title
Removes bold emphasis and top borders entirely.
Enables merging of two separate examples into a single example.
Adds support for group-by and include-list arguments.
Use auto-generate in combination with nested, reverse, and sort to render a sidebar for the current section automatically.
