This PR delivers a comprehensive system for users to define daily routines, set timed reminders, create recurring tasks (daily, weekly, monthly), and track their progress through an interactive Telegram interface. It includes a SQLite database for persistent storage,
APSchedulerfor timely notifications, and a conversational flow for task creation, fulfilling all user requirements. Initial example tasks are pre-populated for new users.
