  • Bump monorepo version to 10.16.0 in lerna.json.
  • Update all packages and internal dev/test tooling to 10.16.0 and align inter-package dependency versions accordingly (e.g., @sentry/*, internal packages).
• No functional code changes beyond synchronized version and dependency updates.
