Remix package version mismatch may cause compatibility issues

Medium Severity

The @remix-run/react package is being updated to 2.17.3 while all other @remix-run/* packages (@remix-run/css-bundle, @remix-run/node, @remix-run/serve, @remix-run/dev, @remix-run/eslint-config) remain at 2.7.2. Remix packages are designed to work together at the same version, and this 10 minor version mismatch could cause API incompatibilities, build failures, or unexpected runtime behavior in E2E tests. Other Remix test applications in this repository maintain consistent versions across all Remix packages.
