The metrics extraction test is no longer needed after Relay removed all transaction and span metrics extraction except usage and count_per_root_project metrics (getsentry/relay#5674). Remove the
test_metrics_extraction.pyintegration test that validatedRelay's transaction and span metrics extraction behavior.
Relay is removing all metrics extraction except usage and
count_per_root_project metrics in getsentry/relay#5674, making this test
obsolete — the extracted metrics it asserts on will no longer be produced.
