The daily-summary feature was only enabled for Sentry-internal and ~100 allowlisted orgs (la=1.0, no ea/ga rollout). Tests were mostly skipped with comments like "flaky and part of a dead project". Remove: - Task: daily_summary.py - Notification: DailySummaryNotification - Slack builder: SlackDailySummaryMessageBuilder - 6 Snuba referrer constants - DailySummaryProjectContext and check_if_ctx_is_empty from utils - Feature flag registration
