Adds the
sentry_tagsdictionary with the most common tags. Spangenwill write tags on every span, like Relay does today. In the future we
may change this so that most of these attributes are only written on the
root span.
This also increases the size of spans to slightly above 1kB, which is
much closer to real spans.
