Description

@JoshStrobl was kind enough to report that we don't actually mention the word "linting" as he was going through the process of setting up a solus development system.

This commit fixes that and adds slightly more information on when and how linting happens in practice.

Edit: D'oh it's flagging "liniting". Please fix
