Description
Add a link to the full list of patterns for the -devel subpackage, as some are missing, and including every single one seems like overkill for this overview.
Plus some minor clean-ups and corrections:
pkgconfig32now comes beforepkgconfigin the build dep order(also the "i.e." seems to have been used incorrectly, instead of "e.g.", now "for example")
