This is an automatically generated PR to enable Develocity within the repository.

Here is what we're doing:

  • Applying the Develocity plugin responsible for accessing Develocity
  • Enable caching and parallel execution globally
  • Remove all occurrences of upToDateWhen{ false }, as this stops the task from being cacheable. If you see an issue with this removal, please flag it!
  • Add Develocity access key to all gradle setup actions in CI, as well as resuable workflows and actions from java-actions that allow Develocity to be utilised

What we are asking from you:

  • Please check that the above changes work for your repository and let us know if you have a concern
  • If you see any issues in your integration tests that could be due to parallel execution being enabled, please raise them!
