Because
spmgraphdepends on theswift-package-manager, which isn't stable/doesn't follow semver, it's not possible for the config package to depend on it via semver; therefore, this PR changes it to depend on the latest commit on main!This can certainly be improved later on, and possibly avoided if #32 goes through!
