Available to make it easier to run the main spmgraph functionality within the GitHub Actions ecosystem.
PS: The way it's organized, without an action.yml in the root of the repo, it won't automatically appear on the GHA Marketplace, so later we could consider either having one of the actions there or merging them into one and moving it to the repo root.
