I made a mistake and closed the PR #44 by mistake, this is just to reopen it.
These changes integrate the pelican search plugin into the theme with configuration via pelicanconf.py. I have included the required css/js files for pelican search in the relevant directories, these could be replaced with CDN links if you prefer.
