Without these changes, stdout of llama-mtmd-cli gets polluted with debug messages.

These log lines are necessary for contributors to understand what's going on when user report bugs. It should be shown by default maybe LOG_INF instead of LOG_DBG, otherwise most users won't even activate the log debug and they will make a report with missing info.
