This is not necessary, CUDA graphs are enabled by default in llama.cpp. |

In the CUDA Docker Image,
the performance-enhancing CUDA graphs CMake option is not enabled.
This is a free performance boost for every setup running this docker image with NVIDIA GPUs with CC > 3.5, so 2013 and newer GPUs.
