The new .gitattributes instructs GitHub to highlight the .lissp files as Common Lisp, which (by design) should be close enough.

Also fixes a few issues in the pipeline for dependencies that changed out from under it.

Add syntax highlighting for .lissp on GitHub

This should be using the Common Lisp highlighter, which should be compatible enough to be usable. Lissp syntax is deliberately similar.

No changelog because this doesn't affect the hissp package, aside from minor formatting changes. Behavior should still be identical to the 0.5 release.
