Add syntax highlighting for .lissp on GitHub This should be using the Common Lisp highlighter, which should be compatible enough to be usable. Lissp syntax is deliberately similar.

The new
.gitattributesinstructs GitHub to highlight the.lisspfiles as Common Lisp, which (by design) should be close enough.Also fixes a few issues in the pipeline for dependencies that changed out from under it.
