之前网上有人写过基于OpenLayers3实现标绘API，源码地址 https://gitee.com/ilocation/plot， 后来因自己需要，需要升级到4，经过修改后，原先的p-ol3.debug.js 经过修改，当时最新的api是ol4.6.3，亲自测试后可以正常使用。
