This is now needed because we want to drop the git-flow package.

The strategy is to run the workflow manually, providing the package name and a rationale. The workflow will then open PRs in the respective repositories.

I tested this out by adding a minimal, temporary commit on top that triggers the workflow via push, just to demonstrate that it works. And it worked, opening these Pull Requests:
