Heroku has deprecated the heroku-20 stack, which runs git-scm.com [1]. Upgrade the stack to the more modern heroku-24 to keep the site's builds from failing after February 1, 2025. [1]: https://help.heroku.com/NPN275RK/heroku-20-end-of-life-faq Signed-off-by: Taylor Blau <[email protected]>

I'm merging this to get a fresh deploy of the Heroku app out using the new stack. I spun up a review app before opening this PR to validate that the site is still working as expected, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. For any remaining / hard-to-find bugs, I'm hopeful that we'll get open issues if anything is wrong. |
