This is done in the cases: - Where the code comes from a 3rd party (e.g. `sqlite-net`, RxuiLegacy) - Where code represents P/Invoke or other external concepts - Where functionality implements a WPF feature which is not compatble with the warning (`VirtualizingList` etc) - CA2007 is disabled accoring to [VS guidelines](microsoft/VSSDK-Analyzers#95 (comment))
