I'm not sure the benefits outweigh the loss of a clear visual separation between permissions, conditions and limitations. I am inclined to disagree with this change.

This table is useful for comparing licenses. I think making the comparison more striking as opposed to relatively obscure (have to noticed that there are two patent columns and visually traverse table to compare licenses with express permission, express non-permission, and silence) outweighs benefit of total separation of permissions, conditions, and limitations.

I'll leave this open to collect more feedback. Happy to close without merging if more people disagree!

Someone else found two patent columns confusing https://twitter.com/yschaus/status/730674072129048576 ... though they requested a legend. I'm going to go ahead and merge this. A legend would also be a nice add.
