Pull Request Overview
This pull request clarifies billing cycle change instructions to include both Copilot and GitHub plans, addressing customer confusion after a previous billing cycle documentation was deleted. The changes make the billing cycle documentation more inclusive by expanding the scope beyond just Copilot plans.
- Updated billing cycle section to include GitHub plans alongside Copilot plans
- Made instructions more generic to apply to both plan types

The phrase 'designated plan section' is vague and unclear. Since this article covers both Copilot and GitHub plans now, it would be more helpful to specify 'In the plan section (such as 'GitHub Copilot' or your GitHub plan section)' or provide clearer guidance on how users can identify the correct section.

Why: Customers ask how to change their GitHub billing cycle and there is no corresponding doc since the previous one was deleted.
