Implement 4-tier token architecture for Radio, RadioGroup, and RadioIndicator parts with default and error variants across all 5 interactive states (default, hover, active, focus, disabled).
Implement Radio component using @base-ui-components/react with Vanilla-Extract styling and generated design tokens. Features: - Three-part component structure (RadioGroup, Radio, RadioIndicator) - Default and error variants with design token integration - Full accessibility support (keyboard navigation, ARIA attributes) - Comprehensive Storybook stories with 6 examples - Follows established component patterns
