I have made a few suggestions in-line, but please update any remaining references from OMERO to OMERO Plus in the new section that is OMERO Plus-specific!

Per internal discussion, I've clarified and slimmed down the remote registration documentation while trying to make it more visually obvious that this is currently limited to OMERO Plus installs.
