noFPSReduction parameter for G3MWidget_Android#164

In coherence with the XXBuilder, I think this new parameter should be set just like any other parameters (a default value in the builder, with the option to change it before building the widget). In this specific case, as it's an android-only option, it should be in Android_Builder only. |

With the noFPSReduction parameter one can disable the FPS reduction scheme employed.
