…ibrary target The bitwarden adapter had a duplicate copy of PasswordManagerProtocol.swift which caused SwiftPM to emit "unhandled files" warnings. Extract the shared protocol into a proper library target that both adapters depend on, remove the duplicate, and add public access modifiers for cross-module visibility.
