docs: add gnovm technical documentation

I'd started working on this a while ago, with a couple of versions of the document; this one is less detached from the details of the code and tries to give details without connecting directly to the lines of the code.

It's meant as an introduction for anyone developing on Gno, to understand a bit more about the whole ordeal.
