Removed registration banner and FAQ registration line

Removed the outdated top banner and registration mention from the FAQ section after the contribution deadline passed.

Done! I’ve commented out the Hackathon banner inside the component with a note for future reuse.

@sonaligupta08 This is not the expected behavior. You have modified the Testimonials component, but the PR title does not reflect these changes. Therefore, I am closing this PR.
