Fixes the HTTP responder returned by the v2.0 UpdateRepository handler so it matches the updateRepository operation (and doesn’t incorrectly return the deleteRepository operation response).

Changes:

• Update UpdateRepository to return operation.NewUpdateRepositoryOK() instead of operation.NewDeleteRepositoryOK().
