Fixes:

Dublicate navigation bar SettingsView in NavigationStack #4 Duplicate navigation bar when SettingsView is embedded in an existing NavigationStack
Write a review button doesn't work because of missing app id #5 Write a Review button not working due to missing App ID

Changes:

SettingsView: add embedInNavigation (default true). When false, it no longer wraps itself in its own Navigation container.
RatingService/SettingsView: Write a Review now opens the correct App Store review page by extracting the app id from configuration.appStoreURL.
