- Add top-level --serve flag - Remove deprecated mcp-server subcommand - Add full STDIO-based MCP server (JSON-RPC 2.0) - Implement initialize, tools/list, tools/call, resources/list, resources/read - Add complete JSON Schemas (input/output) for all tools - Ensure structured JSON output for tool calls - Add canonical resource URIs and nextCursor handling - Integrate environment-aware component and worker listing - All logs to stderr, no stdout pollution
