Rather than cobbling together 'rich' artist data in the app this adjusts the API endpoint for artists to provide a new
ArtistHydratedtype. This is in line with the typing refactor done in #55.A welcome knock-on effect of this has been refactoring the release card grid component to handle both
ReleaseandHydratedReleasetypes and toggle whether to display artist names.
