This PR adds a hugo layout file designed for handling markdown files. If a front matter variable
show_table_of_contents: trueis set, the layout renders a table of contents at the head of the page.This PR also introduces two new pages in
/content/markdown/that use this layout:/getting-started//google/(aliased as/known-logs/)These pages are not linked to from any other pages, or navigation items.
