Per my comment at cloudflare/quiche#2089 (review), we are already running our fuzzers on our own internal infrastructure based on Mayhem, so I think at best this would be somewhat redudant, which isn't necessarily a blocker but maybe something for the oss-fuzz maintainers to determine.

Secondly, TBH I don't think notifications should go to someone who is not a maintainer of the project (and not working at the company that owns the project) given the potentially sensisitive nauture of the reports.
