I'm experimenting Release Please behavior when few modules have non-SNAPSHOT versions. This change was generated by: python3 .github/release/partial_release.py bump-released-version \ --artifact-ids=google-cloud-asset \ --version-type=patch `../generation/apply_released_versions.sh ../versions.txt` in java-asset and gapic-libraries-bom. I also manually set the version of gapic-libraries-bom/pom.xml

../generation/apply_released_versions.sh ../versions.txtin java-assetand gapic-libraries-bom.
I also manually set the parent POM version in the two modules.
