feat: Adds support for React projects.

This change does the following things:

• Adds a new script: react-docs.sh to copy built output for presentation of React projects.
• Updates commands in package.json for each project so that React samples build properly. NOTE: All React projects MUST use these build commands.
• Updates TSX files to change comment style for region tags, to prevent the compiler from stripping them.
