feat: Migrates 3 data layer samples

This change does the following things:

• Migrates these samples:
  • layer-data-quakes-red
  • layer-data-quakes-simple
  • layer-data-style

But wait, that's not alll!!! These samples also get quality and standards improvements!

• Updates each sample to use gmp-map and dynamic library loading.
• Moves the JSON file into the project for each (no more data bucket).
