This commit updates the following: - Gradle wrapper from version 8.11.1 to 8.13. - Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) from 8.10.1 to 8.11.0. - Compose BOM from 2025.04.00 to 2025.06.01. - LeakCanary from 2.12 to 2.14. - Jacoco core from 0.8.12 to 0.8.13. - Jacoco tool version in `PublishingConventionPlugin` from 0.8.7 to 0.8.12. Additionally, the custom `clean` task in the root `build.gradle.kts` has been removed as Gradle 8.11 and later versions include improvements to error and warning reporting, making the custom task redundant.
