Mandatory European Economic Area notice to the top of README.md.

  • Tests pass
  • Unit test exists
  • Integration test exists
  • No regression on iOS/Android
  • Can be used from the example app
  • Satisfies relevant style guides
  • Appropriate changes to documentation are included in the PR
