I prefer to limit what goes into Unbreak to exception filters which are relevant only when using the default filter lists. If you want to create and maintain an "unbreak" filter list dedicated to hosts files, I will add it to https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Filter-lists-from-around-the-web. |

Oh whoops, somehow I was under the impression that MVPS is a default - probably because it was mentioned in unbreak.txt. Sorry for the noise. |

At one point I did have the intention of making the HOSTS files work out of the box (uBlock-LLC/uBlock#17), but in the end I realized this was an overly ambitious goal and abandoned the idea. |
