The [tzdb2021c_N](https://review.lineageos.org/q/topic:tzdb2021c_N) topic does not contain commits, and seems to have been replaced by the [tzdb_N](https://review.lineageos.org/q/topic:tzdb_N) topic that contains commits updating android TZDB from 2021a to 2022f.

The tzdb2021c_N topic does not contain commits, and seems to have been replaced by the tzdb_N topic that contains commits updating android TZDB from 2021a to 2022f.
I have tested it on three different devices, and I confirm that it compiles and (appears to) run correctly.
