- I couldn't find anything called the "European Union (Withdrawal MOU) Act 2020" online, but there is an act called the "European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020" (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2020/1/contents) - In the official specifications for Transport Layer Security (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5246) it is usually written as TLS 1.2 without a V.
